General Manager

The General manager handles day to day operations of the District with a mandate by the Board to administer office procedures and to review and decide all matters covered under Board Policy.

Office Manager/Tax Collector
Office Manager implements Board Policy, and controls all office administrative procedures having to do with:

• Financial Statements and Budget Reports
• Accounting Transactions
• Monthly Payroll & Tax Reports
• Audit Reports
• Interview job applicants
• Water orders and connections
• Annual Flat-rate Assessments (taxes)
• Customer questions and complaints

Assistant Manager / GIS Technician / Right of Way Agent
Implements Board Policy, identifies and resolves issues having to do with:

• Exclusions/Exemptions of property from the District
• Applications for:
  • Connection/Disconnection to District irrigation facilities
  • Acquisition/Purchase/Release of District's real estate interests and facilities
  • Utility and roadway crossing of District interests and facilities

ENGINEER
Engineer implements  Board policy and evaluates all engineering issues:

• Subdivision Plat review
• Exclusions of property from the District
• Review of relocation plans of District irrigation facilities
• Review of utility and roadway crossing plans to District interests and facilities
• Damage and construction of District facilities
• Irrigation project design
